What happens at the end of the season?
Everything archives with bank-ready reports, and you transfer the role in one step. The next treasurer inherits a clean ledger with every payment and receipt — not a mystery spreadsheet. (It's exactly what you wish the person before you had left.)
Who pays for it — me or the team?
It's $29 for the entire season, billed once — a team operating expense, not a personal subscription. No per-month charges and no surprises. If you collect by card, the small processing fee is passed through transparently, so the team always nets the full amount.
Is the team's money and data safe?
Card payments are handled by Stripe — the same PCI-compliant processor trusted by millions of businesses — so card details never touch Cleatbook. Your bank connects read-only through Plaid: Cleatbook can see transactions to help you reconcile, but it can never move money, and your banking credentials are never stored. Your data is yours — export it anytime, with no lock-in.
Do I need an accounting background?
